I am an internationally recognised creative leader and Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts. Over the last 20 years or so, I have had the privilege of working with some of the finest minds in advertising at some of the world’s best agencies, including Wieden+Kennedy and StrawberryFrog. I have also got to head up some amazing accounts including 5 years as the global lead on EA Sports and the regional CD on Nike EMEA.

In 2017, I left the fuzzy warmth and security of big agency land and sent out to start my own agency - Blood UTD.

It has been a mad ride, I won’t lie. From having to blag our way into pitches to emptying bins when everyone has gone home, I have learnt more about business, people and advertising in the last 7 years than all the years that past before. Some of the lessons hurt, some put cash in the bank, but the thing that has stood out most is the fact that you can’t do great things alone. Well, you can try, and I have, but it is really bloody hard, and it is much more fun as a crew.

I guess that is why I always loved the name, Blood UTD - a small band of friends, united like blood, on a mission to do great things.
